OUR APPROACH

At Laschian Collective, we are committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and free to be themselves. If someone crosses your boundaries, acts without your consent, or makes you uncomfortable, please reach out to our crew (the Awareness crew wears a LASCHIAN CREW BADGE in signal yellow color)—whether at the bar, entrance, or to any staff member. Your feelings and experiences are valid, and we are here to support you. Respecting boundaries also works both ways. If you want to dance with someone, touch them, or even just start a conversation, ask first! A simple “Hey, are you cool with this?” can prevent misunderstandings. Asking for consent is not a mood-killer—it’s the foundation of a truly enjoyable and respectful experience for everyone. Most importantly, if you witness anything that goes against our rules, you are responsible for bringing it to the attention of our Awareness crew members. Keeping this space safe is a collective effort, and we rely on each other to uphold these values.
